Lyons Drove
Both the lakes are working irrigation reservoirs. Being relatively new they are a little barren and very wind swept (make sure all bivvies are well pegged down). The 20-acre reservoir is stocked with approximately 400 carp (20 per acre) the 10-acre reservoir is stocked with approximately 100 carp (10 per acre, hopefully to grow bigger) with nearly all the fish being 17lb+. All the fish are young fish, the oldest being hatched in 2015, with the majority being 2 years younger so they are already doing extremely well with potential to get much larger. Additional fish will be added over the next few years, mostly what we grow on in our own stock ponds.
